Our return policy lasts 14 days from the order's arrival. After that period, no refunds or returns are available.
If the fault is on us (products mixed up, faulty on arrival),according to the damage we will or will not cover the shipping cost. However, a replacement and/or return will always be available. Refunds will be processed after we recieved the returned products.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition when you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and/or some pictures of the delivered products. Please do note that return postage fees may or may not be covered by us based on the situation and products' condition. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.

CANCELLATION POLICYUpon purchase of your order, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. After that initial period, cancellations can only be possible if the purchased products have NOT been shipped out yet. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant.
REFUND AND RETURN FOR DISCOUNTED AND/OR SALE ITEMS
Discounted and Sale Items that were purchased during out Sale Campaigns or by using Discount Codes and / or Coupons are not eligible for Refund and / or Return.
Discounted and Sale Items are sold " As Is ". Exceptions for Accepting Refund / Return maybe made according to the Item(s) Condition and Shipping Condition.
Exceptions for Accepting Refund / Return could also be made to meet our Customer Satisfaction. This Decision will be made by our Customer Support Team after Inspections.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
